3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. white syrup
1 c. cold water
1 t. of flavored oil (cinnamon, peppermint, ???) that you will probably have to get from a pharmacist
food coloring if you want

Directions:
Directions:
Cook to 300 using a thermometer. Line a cookie shee with foil and coat with powdered sugar. Pour hot mixture on the cookie sheet. Let cool completely. Cover with wax paper or saran and break into pieces with a knife handle. Can sprinkle with more powdered sugar to coat. Store covered.
