1lb Package Brown Sugar
1C Light Karo
1 Stick Butter or Oleo
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
LARGE bowl of popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, karo, and oleo to soft boil in a sauce pan. Add milk and bring to soft boil again. BARELY pour over popcorn, stir and eat.

Do Not overcook caramel.
