2 lb. small mushrooms
1 envelope (.7 oz) Italian salad dressing mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. sugar
1 T. minced parsley
1 T. soy sauce
2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put mushrooms in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and cool.
Mix all other ingredients in a jar and shake well. Put mushrooms in a bowl or jar and add dressing mix. Stir to coat. Put lid on and refrigerate over night.
