1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 C chopped celery
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C water
1 C minute rice
4 tsp. soy sauce
Chinese noodles
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and celery until meat is done.
Drain off any excess fat. Add diced water chestnuts, soups, water,rice and bean sprouts, and soy sauce to meat.
Stir good
to get mixed. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
BAKE at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Top with the Chinese noodles the last 10 minutes.
