4 medium to large sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or microwave sweet potatoes until fork tender.
Let cool. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into casserole dish. Melt margarine in microwave and pour over sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. (At this point they may be refrigerated and baked later.) When ready to bake sprinkle with an additional 1/4 c. sugar and bake covered for 1 hour @ 350º. If baking immediately reduce cooking time to 35 minutes.
