2 quarts apple cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup frozen lemon juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Or just use cranberry juice or either.
6 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves
3 whole allspice
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cider, brown sugar and fruit concentrates in a kettle. Add the cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg. Bring to boiling; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Remove the whole spices.
