2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups Quaker oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350
Beat butter, brown sugar, and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until creamy - add eggs and mix well
Combine flour, oats, tsp cinnamon, salt and baking soda - add to butter/sugar mixture and mix well
Drop my tsp fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet - sprinkle with tsp granulated sugar and tsp cinnamon
5 Bake 8-10 minutes - cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet - remove to a wire rack and cool completely
