fresh jalapeños (about 2 - 3" in length)
cream cheese
bacon (uncooked)

Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Fill jalapeños with cream cheese. Wrap a piece of bacon around each pepper and stick it with a toothpick. Bake at 375º F for 20-25 minutes.
