1 lb. bacon, sliced
1 potato, sliced thin
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cans corn
2 cans creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:

Fry bacon until cooked (not crisp). Add potatoes and onion and cook until translucent. Drain oil and add corn heat until bubbly. Add evaporated milk and simmer until bubbly.
