4 pkgs. buttermilk biscuits
3 lbs. Italian hot (or mild/ or breakfast) sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Roll sausage into bite sized balls (about the size of a nickle).

Bring to a boil in water and simmer about 20 min.

Drain and cool.

Cut each biscuit in half and wrap around the cooled sausage ball.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 min.
