1 ½ lbs ground beef

1 ½ c. bread crumbs

1 c. light cream

½ c. chopped onion

1 egg

¼ c. fine chopped parsley

1 ½ tsp salt

¼ tsp ginger

dash of pepper

dash of nutmeg

1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together and roll into 1 in balls

bake in the oven at 375 for 20 min or brown in frying pan

mix beef gravy (either canned jarred or homemade) and sour cream in deep skillet and heat until hot and bubbly

add cooked meatballs to gravy and simmer untill hot

serve over rice or egg noodles
