c. grated parmesan or Romano cheese

c. dried bread crumbs

1 egg

1 c. marinara sauce

tsp salt

2 lbs ground beef or chicken

Preheat oven to 400۫۫۫ .

Line 9x13 metal baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

in large bowl, mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, egg, c. marinara sauce and salt

add meat and mix just until combined

spoon mixture into prepared pan and shape into loaf pressing firmly

spread remaining c. marinara sauce over top

Bake 1 hour and 10 min or until internal temperature reaches 165۫ (temp will rise to 170۫ upon standing)

Meatloaf may also be placed in a crockpot and allowd to cook on high 3-4 hrs/low 6-8 hrs.
