1 1/2 cups Planter's peanut oil
1 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
3-4 Tbsp garlic powder

Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Tendering a 1 1/2 - 2 lb. flank steak with fork or other tenderizer. Lay flat in shallow baking dish and cover with the marinade and let sit for 3-4 hours, turning once or twice. Broil or grill steak to desired doneness.

This marinade works with just about any cut of beef that lends itself to marinating (top sirloin, ribeye, etc.)
