1 c butter or margarine, room temp
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c flour
2 t baking powder

Streusel:
1 c flour
2/3 c brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c butter, cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325º. Cream together butter and sugar, adding vanilla and eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl and add to the butter mixture. Mix on low speed until well blended. Divide batter into 24 cups.

Mix streusel topping in a bowl, cutting the butter into the ingredients until it resembles large crumbs. Scatter topping over the cupcakes.

Bake 16-18 minutes and cool 5 minutes before moving to a rack.
