Pasta E Fagioli Recipe

29 oz Diced Tomatoes
29 oz Spaghetti Sauce
1.5 tsp oregano
1.5 tsp black pepper
1.5 cup celery
1 Cup Onion
2.5 tsp parsley
15.5 oz canned Kidney beans
15.5 oz canned Navy beans
7 oz. cooked multi-colored rotini
44 oz. fat free beef broth
1 lb ground beef
2 Cups shredded carrots

Saute Beef. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Add beef stock, oregano, pepper, spaghetti sauce and rotini. Add chopped parsley. Simmer until Celery and carrots are tender approx. 45 minutes.
