Ingredients: 1 lb. of spicy Italian Sausage
2 cans of tomato paste
3 cans of tomato sauce
1 can of tomato soup
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
5 cloves of garlic
large bottle of Italian seasoning
large bottle of oregano
vodka
mushrooms (optional)

Directions: |
Directions:Brown Italian sausage over medium heat, creating small meatballs in the process. Drain grease and set aside. In large saucepan, combine tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato soup. Whisk until thoroughly blended. Add 10 large splashes of Worcestershire sauce and 10 large splashes of Tabasco. Whisk. Taste. If weak, add additional splashes. Crush garlic over sauce and add 15 large shakes of both Italian seasoning and oregano. Whisk thoroughly. Taste. Add another 10 large shakes of Italian seasoning and oregano. Taste. Add additional seasoning if needed. Finally add Italian seasoning and either 1 large splash or 2 medium splashes of vodka and stir thoroughly. Heat sauce over low - medium heat until thoroughly warm. Serve over your favorite type of noodle. Enjoy!! |
