3 tbsp olive oil
* salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle of 5 different flavors of barbecue sauces. (your choice) rinse out excess with 1/4 of bottle filled with water
1 cup rose
2 cans of ant flavored beer
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 large onion (diced)
2 large red bell peppers (diced)

1. Heat oil in large stock pot

2. Add rest of Ingredients, bring to low simmer

For the ribs: Use any kind of ribs you like. Salt and pepper them and pre-grill before adding them to the sauce, simmer for 2 hours.
