7 pound brisket 3 cans french onion soup
salt water 1/2 cup
pepper
ginger
accent
garlic powder
white onion 3

Directions:
Directions:
Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the brisket. Sear both sides of brisket. Add 1/2 cup water , 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp accent, 1/4 tsp garlic powder to pan. Slice whole onion to cover entire brisket. Cook at 275 degrees with lid off for one hour then put lid on and cook for 3-5 hours. Add onion soup over brisket during last 30 minutes of cook time. Remove, slice and serve.
