2 large cans tomatoes and 1/2 can water
OR
1 large can tomatoes and 1 can tomato juice (if you like less tomatoes)

1 heaping Tablespoon chicken base or equivalent chicken broth.
1/2 stick butter
20 ounces non dairy creamer
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up tomatoes, taking stem ends out. Combine with water or juice and chicken base. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer. Add butter and creamer (to taste) until very creamy and the "ting" of the tomato is neutral. Salt and pepper to taste.
