5 sweet potatoes-cut up, cook and drain

Mash with mixer and add:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbs cinnamon (to taste)
1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Pour into greased 9" x 13' pan. Pour a 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows on top. Bake at 400 till top is brown.
