1 box of Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 box of pineapple cream instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup of oil

Mix together and then add 1 10 oz bottle (1 1/4 cups) of 7 Up.
Pour into a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 375 degress about 40 minutes or until done.

1 20 oz can crushed pineapple-not drained
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tbs flour
1 cup coconut

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, pineapple and then margarine in pan. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Add 1 cup of coconut and then spread on cake. Needs to be refrigerated.
