Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 banana, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir together milk, peanut butter and vanilla. Add sugar mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. (I wanted to avoid lumps, so I stirred frequently with a whisk until the mixture thickened.) Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Spoon into individual dessert cups and cool. Top with banana slices.

**I doubled the recipe, used Splenda instead of sugar, and layered it with 4 bananas in a glass dish!
