1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp snipped fresh dill weed
1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
1 1/2 to 2 pounds wallet fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray; set aside. Combine yogurt and dill in a shallow dish. Place crushed croutons in another shallow dish. Dip each fillet first in yogurt mixture and then in the crouton crumbs, pressing lightly to coat. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is firm and opaque and just begins to flake, and coating is golden brown.
