1 Pllo entero (1 whole chicken)
1 limon (1 lemon)
Sal, pimienta, ajo sal (salt, peper and garlic salt)
2-3 cucharas de mantequilla (2-3 Tbsp. butter)

Directions:
Wash the chicken, cut the lemon in smaller pieces. Put the butter inside the chicken and out, add salt and pepper. Put a little of the lemon juice all over the chicken. Put the chicken in a pan with a little bit of water and cook at 350 for 3 1/2 hours or until the chicken is brown. Turn the chichen so the other side cooks also.

(Lavar el pollo, partir el limon en tajadas, poner la mantequilla adentro y afuera bien esparcida, agregar la sal y la pimienta, poner un poco de jugo de limosn a todo el pollo. En una refractaria con un poco de agua, poner el pollo a 350 por 3 1/2 horas, cuado el pollo este bien tostado por encima, boltear el pollo para que el otro lado se cocine tambien.)
