2 large cans sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. plain flour
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sweet potatoes in their syrup.
Drain, mash and add sugar, milk, eggs, cinnamon, pineapple and butter. Put into a large baking dish.
For the topping, mix pecans, coconut, brown sugar and flour. Mix well.
Pour melted butter over this and mix again. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
