1 Cup Karo Syrup
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cube Butter
1 Can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and syrup in heavy pan. Stir until mixed together on medium high. Put lid on and boil for 5 minutes with lid on. Add butter and stir hard. Bring back to boil. Drizzle milk slowly with small hole in can. The slower you drizzle, the creamier the caramel will be. Cook to very soft ball stage. If you want to dip the entire apple in the caramel, cool to medium soft ball stage so it will cling to apple.
