1 Head of cabbage
1 cup sugar
1 cups water
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook these ingredients then add to cabbage. Also add onion, cooking oil and bell pepper to cabbage. Cover and leave in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
