8 eggs
2 c sugar
1/8 t salt
2 quarts milk
2 c heavy cream
2 T vanilla
1 1/2 c crushed fruit
Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat eggs. Stir in sugar and salt and beat until light in color. Combine with milk, cream, vanilla, and fruit. Cook. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer.
