3 quarts green ground tomatoes
1 quart ground onions
6 sweet peppers (red or green)

Grind all three together and drain. Pour boiling water over mixture and let set 5 minutes. Then drain.

Add:
1 quart vinegar
3 cups sugar
1/4 cup salt
3 T mustard seed
2 T turmeric
3 t celery seed

Boil 30 minutes. Have pint jars hot. Hot pack and should seal otherwise place in canner, after bringing to boil, cook for 5 minutes. Remove to cool.
