2 c. buttermilk
2 c. mayo
2 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 red bell pepper, minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
2 c. celery chopped
12 green onions, chopped
1 lb. vermicelli
4 cans crabmeat
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate several hours. Add vegetables to mixture.

Break pasta into pieces and cook al dente. Add to buttermilk mixture and chill overnight.

Add crab and eggs. Let sit 2 1/2 hours before serving. Top with almonds.
