1 10oz. pkg. fresh spinach
1 head red leaf lettuce
12 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 lb cooked, shelled & deveined med shrimp
1 1/2 - 2 c. cashews

Lime Dressing

1/3 cup lime juice & grated lime
1/3 c. honey
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. salt
1 t. grated onion
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 c lite salad oil
pepper to taste

Wash & spin greens.
Add crumbled bacon, cooked shrimp & nuts.

Blend all vinaigrette ingredients except oil.
With blender running slowly add oil.

Toss just before serving.
