1 Large Bag of Frozen Green Beans
2 lbs of ground beef (venison, elk, or chicken)
16 oz of Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Crumple ground beef into a frying pan.

Once beef begins to cook add the bag of frozen beans.

Leave on heat until ground beef is cooked, beans will be heated through but still firm.

Remove from heat and add sour cream.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

This is something I began to cook when Brian and I were first married. I could make this for less than $6 and we still enjoy it today.
