1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel, divided
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 (9 oz.) package yellow cake mix
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, melt butter; stir in sugar until dissolved. Add 1 tsp. lemon peel; pour in to a 8 inch pan.

Sprinkle blueberries in a single layer on top. Mix cake mix and stir in remaining lemon peel. Carefully pour over blueberries.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip or whipping cream is desired.
