Ingredients:
Six Inch Portabella Mushroom Caps
One Can of Beer
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Steak Marinate Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place four Port caps in a one gallon Ziplock bag, add steak marinate, place in the refrigerator over night. Place caps on the grill (gills up) medium heat. Add beer, olive oil, and soy sauce onto the mushrooms until the each cap is filled with the liquids. Allow the caps to cook without turning until the mushroom begins to flatten. Check the cap with a knife in the same manner you check a steak cooking on a grill. Remove caps and serve whole or slice into 1/2" slices. Serve as side with any entree such as beef, chicken, or any wild game.
