4 skinless chicken breast
1 cup salsa
1 12oz.diet orange cola ( could use regular if you want)
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in non-stick skillet.
Pour salsa and cola over it. Bring to a
boil-cover and reduce heat-cook 30-45 mins.
uncover turn heat up and cook until sauce
thickens and adheres to chicken. Easy and
good. I usually serve with brown rice, broccoli crowns and whole wheat rolls.
