1 lean roast
1 can french onion soup
1 carton beef stock
2 -3 garlic cloves (can omit if you want)
worchester sauce to taste
dash of soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
I usually pepper the roast and slightly salt it. Place in crockpot and add the can of french onion soup, beef stock, garlic cloves, worchester and soy sauce. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. After it is done carefully pull the roast out of the crockpot and shred it up. Place on crusty wheat rolls along with a slice of provolone cheese. Pop under the broiler in your oven until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve with a side of the Au Jus from the juices in the crockpot.
