1 stick of butter, not margerine softened
2 8 oz packages of philadelphia cream cheese
1 bag of dried cherries or the cherry flavored cranberries
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 12 oz bag of pecans, almonds, or corn flakes.

Directions:
Directions:
combine softened butter and cream cheese and mix well.
melt white chocolate in microwave for 120 seconds, stir until smooth and add to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
add cherries/cranberries and mix well
Let cool in refrigerator until you can shape the misture into a ball and it hold its shape.

divide the mixture into four equal balls and roll in chopped pecans, slivered almonds, or frosted flakes or cornflakes. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
