Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This Katie Moriarty, who is now 16. She has helped her grandma Sherry
for
the past 11 years make the Thanksgiving dinner.

Katie and Grandma Sherry would stay up all night Thanksgiving eve and
chop
the celery, onion, break and dry the bread for stuffing. We would
prepare
the Turkey and get it into the oven at 4 AM. In the meantime we would
make
cheese balls, candy, and work on other recipes dishes for the next day.

Thanks giving was a big day for us. We would dip pretzels, make fudge,
make
peanut brittle but the fmaily favorite is White trash.
