1 pound hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach (cooked and well drained)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
20 jumbo shells, cooked and drained
1 can spaghetti sauce

Directions:
In a skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain. Put the spinach in the skillet with the hamburger and onion. Cook 7 minutes on medium heat. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in cream cheese and egg. Add in 1 cup of mozzarella, cheddar, cottage cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stuff the shells with filling. Pour 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce into 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells into pan. Spoon the rest of the sauce over each shell. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle remainder of mozzarella on shells. Return to oven for 7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
