1/2 lb ground beef
1 sm onion
1 sm garlic
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 t. oregano
1 t. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 - 8oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
6 to 8 Manicotti Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti shells about 10 minutes. Cool, rinse and drain. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper together. Drain and return to pan. Add tomato sauce, oregano, thyme and bay leaf to pan and simmer about 30 minutes. Add 4 oz of cheese, continue to simmer till melted. Take manicotti shells and stuff them. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells and then add the other 4 oz. of cheese. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
