1 c. butter (softened)
2 eggs
4 c. cake-flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, then roll out cookie dough on wax paper or floured surface. Cut into shapes and bake (on non-stick pan) at 350º for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle tops with granulated sugar.
