2 teas. Garlic powder (Not salt)
2 teas. Salt
2 teas. Pepper
1 to 1-1/2 teas. Ground mustard
1 to 1-1/2 teas. Onion powder
1 to 1-1/2 paprika
1 teas. Ground sage
1/4 to 1/2 teas. Cayenne pepper
1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 3-1/2 lbs)

Combine first 8 ingredients; rub over entire roast. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place roast on a greased rack in a roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 2-1/4 to 2 -3/4 hours or until a meat thermometer read 160 to 170º. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
