2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
5-7 qts popped corn
handful of peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brown sugar, butter, salt, and Karo for 5 minutes in small sauce pan.
Add 1/2 tsp baking soda and stir vigorously.
Place popped corn in large oven safe dish.
Pour heated mixture over popcorn and stir.
Bake in oven for one hour at 250 degrees.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Pour over parchment paper lined counter top to cool.
