2 lbs fresh baby carrots
water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Add carrots and enough water to cover the top of the carrots. Cover with a lid and place on medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes or until the carrots are tender when pierced with a fork. Pour off half of the water and add melted butter, sugar, and honey to the carrots. Place lid on pot and cook until completly tender.
