1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine oil, sugars, egg, applesauce and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Add to applesauce mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 2 quart bundt or tube pan. Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Turn out on rack to cool.

When cool, drizzle with glaze, allowing glaze to drip down sides of cake.

Cinnamon Glaze:

Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. softened butter, 2 tbsp. milk and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Blend until smooth and spread on cake.
