3 Tbsp Oleo
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb shredded carrots (about 4)
1 lb shredded potatoes (2-3)
6 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup cream (half & half)
2 cans cheddar cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Shred onion, carrots, and potatoes – sauté in oleo
Cook with 3 cups chicken broth until tender
Then add remaining 3 cups chicken broth, bay leaf, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire. Just before serving add cream and warm.
