One and half pounds okra, sliced thin
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
5 bacon strips

Grease a 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Place a layer of okra, tomatoes, salt and pepper, and onions. Repeat layers. Lay bacon, overlapping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
