Dry mix:
1 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
4 c. sifted plain flour
4 t. baking powder
2 t. salt
4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cocoa

1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 beaten eggs
3 T. water
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry mix ingredients. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator. To make brownies: Mix the remaining ingredients with 2 1/2 c. of the stored brownie dry mix. Spread in greased (8x8x2) pan. Bake at 350º 35-40 minutes. Cool and frost if desired. Cut in 16 pieces.
