1/2 c diced celery
1/2 c diced green pepper
1/2 c diced carrots
1/4 c diced onions
1 c cauliflower, cut up
1 c broccoli florets
3 chicken boullion cubes
3 c water
6 c milk
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c flour
1 c Velvetta cheese or 1/2 c American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve boullion cubes in water. Then cook vegetables in this broth until tender. (The cauliflower and broccoli can be the frozen type.) Add the milk, cream, melted butter with flour until smooth. Add to soup mixture. Stir. Turn heat down to simmer and add cheese. Heat until cheese melts, stirring to prevent sticking.
