Manicotti Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 slices bread, made into bread crumbs
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 - 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. manicotti noodles

Boil manicotti noodles and drain them while the rest is cooking.
Brown ground beef and drain grease.
Add garlic and any other seasoning to taste.
Combine the beef, eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. other cheese.
Pour in 1 c. of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Stuff manicotti noodles with the beef mixture and place them in the casserole dish.
Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes.
